Brazil ETF

When individual investors think about investing overseas their first thought is usually China. However you can have all of the growth and opportunities that investing in China provides and have a less invasive government and lower valuations, it is all in Brazil!

Investing in individual Brazilian companies is not always a great idea because these companies can be very volatile and hard to get information on. The best way to invest in Brazil, in my opinion, is to buy a Brazilian ETF.

ETF’s are a great way to get exposure to any market while staying diversified at a low price. The fee’s on ETF’s are well under 1 percent most of the time and there are hardly ever any “load fees”. When you compare ETF’s to mutual funds there really is no comparison.

It will not be hard to find ETF’s that focus on Brazil. Make sure that the ETF’s have been around for a while, you want to invest your money in an institution that has a great track record. You also want to see good past returns and low fees. Also the more companies that the ETF invests in the better for the most part you want to be diversified.
