Payday loans are scams
Plain and simple! Payday loans are scams, stay far away from them!
You should never put yourself in a situation where you need cash to pay a bill or “get by” this is where “emergency funds” come in.
I realize that you cannot plan for everything but the worst thing that you can do is go out and get a payday loan. If you pay off the loan within a week or two, you should pay little to no interest. Unfortunately most do not pay off the loan within days or weeks, they wait months and months.
You could end up paying 5,000 dollars towards a 1000 dollar loan. All of the payday loan places are the same. They lure you in with promises of cash to help you get by and they do not check your credit. These guys make credit card companies look like saints.
They are out to rip you off. If you absolutely have to get money quickly and you have none then you can look into payday loans. Just make sure that you know what you are getting yourself into and that you know that you will need to pay back the loan as quickly as you possibly can.
